Camp pricing includes a $35 nonrefundable application fee. Our cancellation/refund policy and transfer policy are based on our investment in staff time, camp planning, and purchases before your camp.

Cancellation refunds will be given according to the following schedule:

Days prior to course start:

•More than 60 days prior to course start: 100% of full tuition minus $35 application fee.
•59-21 days prior to course start: 50% of course fee minus $35 application fee.
•20-8 days prior to course start: No refunds, however 50% minus the $35 application fee may be transferred to another camp.
•7 days or fewer prior to course start: No refunds but transfers can be made to another person willing to fill your spot.
IF WE CANCEL A TRIP: Ultimate Groove reserves the right to cancel a trip any time up to 7 days before a course if sign-up is inadequate to make the trip economically feasible for us to operate. If this happens, we will fully refund the tuition cost including the application fee.
**If we cancel a course, Ultimate Groove is NOT RESPONSIBLE for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip, e.g. transportation costs, gear, etc.
